STEM Accelerated Coding is a company that promotes innovation, critical thinking, and creativity through science, technology, engineering, math, history, geography, art, and religion! STEM Accelerated Coding was part of a quantitative pilot study and program with St. Ambrose School, during the 2015/2016 school year through the Digital Promise. They have also incorporated Connect ED software that is available through the White House coding initiative!
STEM Accelerated Coding has partnered with St. Ambrose School during the 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 school years. The mission was to fully integrate a computer science program during the day to over 500 students. After school and summer programs were also implemented by STEM Accelerated Coding through St. Ambrose School.
STEM Accelerated Coding has also partnered with The Ohio STEM Impact Network during the 2016/2017 school year to offer schools across Ohio on-site, distance learning, and professional development opportunities to students and schools throughout Ohio. Through this collaboration, they are providing geospatial solutions for the following impact projects: The Homeless Project, The Drug Impact Project, and The Environmental Research Project! St. Ambrose School, OSIN, and STEM Accelerated Coding have partnered to provide opportunities for students through additional partnerships with homeless mission operators, NOAA -The National Weather Service, and law enforcement agencies.
STEM Accelerated Coding offers K-8 computer science curriculum instruction that covers science, technology, engineering, math, art, and religion. They have on-site and distance learning packages, as well as professional development opportunities!
